Allow E. Meier Contracting to Provide you with your Next Concrete and Asphalt Proposal

Point #1:

The E. Meier proposal is archival.
The Merriam-Webster On-Line Dictionary defines Archival as: “Of, relating to, contained in, suitable for, or constituting archives.”

Ever wonder which areas you had repaired on your site 3 years ago? How about last year? If your memory is like mine, perhaps you are wondering which areas you had repaired this spring

Unfortunately, the inability to document previous Asphalt and Concrete repairs is prevalent in our industry. So many contractors use proposals that only identify repair areas with text. For example: So and So Contracting will patch 10 areas totaling 1,000 Sq./Ft.

Where are these areas? What size is each area? How am I supposed to remember these repair areas? What meaningful information can I place in my archives, my files, which will help me keep track of repairs made to my site year to year?

E. Meier Contracting has the solution to this problem: E. Meier Contracting has photographs of each repair area in their proposals. The dimensions of each area are identified and then the repair area is outlined in the photo so you clearly know which area is being repaired. You’ll know the size of each area. You won’t have to remember the areas that were repaired. Just store the document in your computer files and in your hard copy files and now you have an archival document that will show what you’ve had done to your site each year!

Sometimes the simplest solutions are the best! At E. Meier Contracting we work to make your job easier and we strive to make you look good. Archival proposals are one more way that we add value to your purchasing decisions!
