Forest Hills Club Estates Entrance: Concrete Replacement Project
Project Client: Forest Hills Club Estates Homeowners Association
The Forest Hills Club Estates Homeowners Association partnered with E. Meier Contracting to complete essential concrete improvements at the subdivision’s main entrance in Clarkson Valley, a community in west St. Louis County. With aesthetics, durability, and resident accessibility top of mind, our team executed a high-quality solution tailored to the HOA’s needs.
The project included:
- Concrete removal and replacement on both sides of the decorative entrance
- 80 feet of concrete curb replacement
- Precision joint filling on both sides of the entrance after concrete cure for structural longevity
- Asphalt tie-in to Clarkson Road (a MoDOT-maintained route) for a seamless, compliant transition
The entrance to the subdivision featured a swath of decorative stamped concrete, designed to mimic the appearance of brick. Our team took special care to preserve its integrity while installing the new concrete around it.
To ensure continuous access to the neighborhood during construction, we executed the project in two phases, alternating work zones to maintain access to the subdivision at all times. E. Meier also secured the required MoDOT permit and coordinated the asphalt tie-in with their specifications to ensure a smooth, long-lasting result.
This project reflects E. Meier’s commitment to expert execution, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. We continue to support the Forest Hills community with additional surface improvement work.
