ADA Improvements & Asphalt Resurfacing at Richmond Heights City Hall

Project Client: Richmond Heights City Hall

We were selected through a competitive public bid process to perform ADA improvements and resurfacing work at the Richmond Heights City Hall and Police Department campus. This high-traffic municipal site required thoughtful coordination with city officials to minimize disruption while maintaining access for staff, police, and community members.

Our team installed new ADA-compliant concrete sidewalks and entry connections at the front of City Hall and along the police station perimeter. On the asphalt side, we milled and resurfaced the parking lot with precision, using a specialized wedging technique to ensure compliant slopes and smooth transitions.

Originally planned to span two phases and a weekend, the paving portion was completed in a single, accelerated phase, saving time and reducing inconvenience for city personnel. Even with the compact space and heavy traffic, our team’s detailed planning allowed the project to be delivered with zero interruptions to critical services.
