Estimator/Project Manager Careers

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2 years of experience as Estimator/Project Manager or in field experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Proficiency with estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
