Our team installed a new asphalt parking lot at Gateway Studios & Production Services, one of the largest production and rehearsal facilities in the country. E. Meier was brought on through a general contractor bid invitation and handled 100% of the paving scope from start to finish.
When a transition in project leadership occurred mid-construction, our team adapted quickly and maintained momentum without disruption. Our heavy involvement in pre-bid meetings from the outset gave us a strong foundation to stay aligned and keep the project on track through the change.
The parking lot was completed on time and on budget, and Gateway Studios was happy with the final results.
