Legends Homeowners Association (Eureka, MO) Street Repair
Project Client: Legends Homeowners Association
The Legends Homeowner Association in Eureka, Missouri, engaged E. Meier Contracting to address damage to the concrete streets throughout their community. Over time, various roads within the neighborhood had developed cracks and broken sections, posing risks to both vehicles and pedestrians. The homeowner association trustees, concerned about the safety of residents and the overall appearance of the community, sought a comprehensive solution to remove and replace damaged sections while also addressing joint and crack issues throughout the roads.
E. Meier worked closely with the HOA board, attending several meetings to discuss the scope of work and answer questions. This collaboration was key in designing a plan that met the needs of the community. The project involved both concrete removal and replacement, as well as joint filling between sections of concrete, and crack filling where damage had occurred. Due to the sprawling nature of the community and the complexity of the roads, our team conducted multiple site visits, marking and documenting all areas requiring repair. The team also navigated challenges related to the hilly terrain and busy traffic, employing extra safety protocols to protect both workers and community members.
The completed project significantly improved the safety and appearance of the neighborhood’s roads. E. Meier’s thorough documentation and careful project management ensured that all areas of concern were addressed. The HOA was highly satisfied with our team’s attention to detail, clear communication, and seamless coordination.
