O’Fallon VFW Parking Lot Resurfacing
Project Client: O'Fallon VFW
Our team completed asphalt repairs and resurfacing at the O’Fallon VFW, a community hub where deteriorating pavement posed real accessibility and safety concerns for its members. The lot had deteriorated significantly, with eight to ten areas requiring patching before a full overlay could be placed.
Where competitors submitted vague scopes, we itemized every repair area with exact square yardage. We also recommended removing and properly basing an existing concrete pad rather than simply overlaying it. That transparency and attention to detail gave the client the confidence to move forward with us.
We prepped all pothole areas the day before paving, then completed a two-inch overlay across the entire lot and restriped upon completion. When a sub-base issue was uncovered during the work, we communicated with the client on-site, agreed on a solution, and kept things moving without disruption. The VFW was satisfied with the results, and the project wrapped on time and within budget.
