Street, Curb, and Gutter Replacement for Residential Streets in Crestwood

The City of Crestwood selected E. Meier Contracting for a public infrastructure improvement project focused on a set of quiet residential streets in need of full replacement. The existing pavement—originally concrete and overlaid with asphalt in prior years—had reached the end of its useful life.
Our scope of work included complete concrete removal, curb and gutter replacement, and the installation of new asphalt surfaces. Though the project covered three different residential streets in the area, each site followed a consistent approach rooted in safety, efficiency, and minimal disruption to homeowners.
The team coordinated project phasing to ensure residents could maintain access to their homes throughout construction. With thoughtful planning and diligent execution, the streets were restored to a safe, clean condition over several weeks.
