WingHaven Country Club Parking Lot Rehabilitation
Our team partnered with WingHaven Country Club to complete a comprehensive parking lot rehabilitation project designed to improve pavement performance and increase parking capacity. We worked with the club over multiple years to develop budgetary pricing and phased scopes of work, allowing ownership to plan and approve the project with confidence.
Once approved, our team performed targeted full-depth pavement replacement in select areas to remove existing islands and increase parking capacity. Additional partial-depth repairs were completed to address potholed sections prior to placing a wedge course and a 2-inch asphalt overlay across the lot, improving drainage and surface performance without requiring a full mill.
Because the club remained open throughout construction and operated as a one-way-in, one-way-out facility, careful phasing was critical. Work was completed in two phases to maintain access for daily golf play and tournaments while minimizing inconvenience for members. The project was a success, with club management and ownership receiving positive feedback from members and praise for investing in long-overdue improvements.
